Itinerary

  • Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

    Arrive today at Delhi’s International Airport. Welcome to India! You are met by our representative in the arrival area of the airport after you clear all immigration and customs formalities. Depart for your hotel where you will check in for your stay. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 02 : Delhi

    Post breakfast; proceed for full day tour of Old and New Delhi. Old Delhi had been the capital of Mughal India between the 12th and 19th centuries. See the 17th century Jama Masjid and walk through the narrow, winding lanes of colorful and bustling Chandni Chowk. You have the option of taking a rickshaw ride through these bazaars. Also visit the Mughal Empire’s most opulent fort, the Red Fort. Afternoon proceed for New Delhi. Visit Presidential Palace, the one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys; the India Gate, a memorial raised in Honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war and a drive along the Rajpath past the Parliament House and secretarial buildings. Visit Qutab Minar, the 12th century tower of victory built by a slave king and prototype of all minars (towers) in India. Also visit the 16th century Humayun’s tomb, a precursor to the Taj Mahal. Overnight stay at hotel .

  • Day 03 : Delhi / Kalka / Shimla

    Today morning you will be transferred to New Delhi railway station to board the train to Kalka. Upon arrival at Kalka railway station, drive to Shimla. In 1864, Shimla was declared as the summer capital of British India, succeeding Murree, northeast of Rawalpindi. After independence, the city became the capital of Punjab and was later named the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Evening free for leisure & you have a choice of shopping at Mall Road. Overnight stay at hotel .

  • Day 04 : Shimla

    After breakfast proceed for wonderful day excursion to Kufri. In Kufri enjoy a walk through thick ceder woods to Mahasu Pick for amazing view of mighty Himalayas. Also you can do the horse ride in Kufria and if you are a good photographer you can do some wonderful photography. Overnight stay at hotel .

  • Day 05 : Shimla / Manali (approx. 250kms/ 6 hours)

    After breakfast drive to Manali. Upon arrival in Manali check in at Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 06 : Manali

    After breakfast proceed for full day local sightseeing of Manali like Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Lord Buddha and Tankha paintings, Vashistha Temple for "Hot & Cold water Kund”, Club House. The evening is free leisure & you can move around to the Mall Road for shopping. When ever reach at Hotel take your dinner at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 07 : Manali / Rohtang Pass / Manali

    After breakfast proceed on a day excursion to the Rohtang Pass also called Snow Point of Himachal – enjoy the beauty of year round snow capped mountains. The rest of the day is free to explore this picturesque town on your own. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 08 : Manali / Dharamshala (approx. 235 Kms / 6 hours)

    After breakfast visit the ancient Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, and picturesque village of Vashisth also known for Hot Sulphur Spring. Later drive to Dharamshala. Arrive Dharamshala (Mcleodganj) and check in at Hotel. Rest of the time free for personal activities.

  • Day 09 : Dharamshala

    Morning breakfast at hotel. Later start sightseeing tour of Mcleodganj. Visit the Bhagsu Nag temple and water fall. Later visit the Dal Lake, Norbulingka Institute. In the evening visit the Dalali Lama monastery and local Tibetan market. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day 10 : Dharamshala / Triund (Trek)

    Morning after breakfast trek to Triund through rhododendron and pine forests. We’ll soon come across the local ‘chai’ (tea) shop where we can take a rest and enjoy our surroundings. All around us are the Gaddi Tribal people taking their cattle up to the high pastures of Laka and Triund. Continuing our ascent after lunch, we finally reach our camp on an alpine meadow facing the breathtaking snow-capped peaks of the Duala Dhar mountain range. Trekking distance – approx. 11 km Overnight stay at Hotel / Guest House .

  • Day 11 : Triund / Bhagsu Nag (Trek)

    Following our last breakfast in the campsite, we begin trekking over a grassy ridge which offers us lasting memories of the snow capped peaks that surround us. Our trek continues with a steep descent to the Bahgsu Nallaha stream – we cross the stream by hopping over the boulders with the help of our local guides. We push towards Bhagsu Nag, which has a divine temple and natural springs which we can visit before taking the transfer back to the hotel. Trekking distance – approx. 10 km Overnight stay at Hotel / Guest House .

  • Day 12 : Dharamshala

    In the morning after breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Chandigarh. Upon arrival check in at hotel for overnight stay. Later do some local sightseeing in Chandigarh, visit Rock Garden & Pinjore Garden.

  • Day 13 : Chandigarh - Delhi (approx. 265kms/ 6 hours)

    After breakfast drive to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi check in at hotel. Later proceed for Akshardham Temple and enjoy light and sound show. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 14 : Delhi Departure

    After breakfast, in time assisted departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for onward destination.
